Employee Retention Coordinator

Salary: $20.00 Per Hour - Flexible Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting qualified candidates for our clients
- Review and update candidate information and system records
- Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call requirements
- Has the ability to proactively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships
- Effectively communicates in all forms (written, spoken, listening)
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to find and attract candidates interested in employment
- Promptly responds to all applicants and screens them for employment in accordance with EEOC guidelines
- Tracking key metrics, such as: time of response, applicant conversion rate, job post performance, etc.
- Customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach with clients
Requirements:
- Dedicated work space
- Committed work schedule - Flexible
- High speed internet, VOIP
- Ability to login using own computer
- Able to travel to client locally using own car (mileage reimbursement)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational required
- Proficient in computer skills and technology
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office
