Employee Retention Coordinator

Salary: $20.00 Per Hour - Flexible Schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting qualified candidates for our clients
  • Review and update candidate information and system records
  • Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call requirements
  • Has the ability to proactively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships
  • Effectively communicates in all forms (written, spoken, listening)
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to find and attract candidates interested in employment
  • Promptly responds to all applicants and screens them for employment in accordance with EEOC guidelines
  • Tracking key metrics, such as: time of response, applicant conversion rate, job post performance, etc.
  • Customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach with clients

Requirements:

  • Dedicated work space
  • Committed work schedule - Flexible
  • High speed internet, VOIP
  • Ability to login using own computer
  • Able to travel to client locally using own car (mileage reimbursement)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational required
  • Proficient in computer skills and technology
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office
